Introducing the VÅGA Performance Headband. Born from the same DNA as our Performance Skull Cap, this is the stripped-back option for those who want less bulk but all the performance. Built from warm, insulating fabric with just the right amount of stretch, it keeps the ears protected without trapping excess heat. It’s the small piece of kit you’ll be glad you threw in your pack.

Recommended Use

As the name suggests, the Performance Headband was designed for performance, from race-day efforts to cold morning training sessions. Ideal for running, multi-sport and anything that needs warmth without the weight. When you’re lining up to send it, this is the headwear that won’t hold you back.

Shipping Method:
All items will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked service to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

UK Delivery:

  • Royal Mail 48 (2 - 4 days): £5.00
  • Royal Mail 24 (1 - 2 days): £6.50

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. All Express Delivery options must be placed before 3pm to arrive the next day. 

Order by Friday 19th December for guaranteed Christmas delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 48 or by Saturday 20th December with Royal Mail Tracked 24.

International:

  • Standard Tracked (5 - 7 working days): £20.00

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on your country's regulations and these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note: orders may get delayed at customs, if you have any issues with tracking please do get in touch.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the Royal Mail website.

Return policy

Returns Policy

Return Period:
You have 28 days from the date of order to return your item(s).

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@intervalrunning.co.uk to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. You will receive a return authorisation and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Securely package the item and send it back to us using a tracked service to the following address:

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at hello@intervalrunning.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
