Easter Road
You’ll find us on a quiet corner (unless it’s game day) of Easter Road, Edinburgh. Our store is a home for runners – both locals and visitors. We’re open seven days a week, with a later start on Sundays.
In store, we stock the kit we’re actually running in: from the biggest brands in the sport to newer, upcoming names that align with our values. And those values are simple: good products, honest advice, and a welcoming space to chat about all things running. It’s only running. Let’s have some fun.
Gait Anaylsis
Our gait analysis is there to support you and your running needs. We’ll look at how you move, chat through your running background, injuries (if any), and what you want from a shoe – then try a few options and see what feels right. There's no need to book and we like to keep things casual. At the end of the day, the most important thing is finding a shoe that works for you. Community Events
We host weekly track sessions, Sunday long runs, and a number of one-off events throughout the year. The best place to keep on top of things is via our Instagram page @interval_running_ or our Strava club. You don’t need to be fast, experienced, or even know anyone when you turn up. If you’re keen to run and be part of something, that’s enough. Interval exists as much for the chats before and after as it does for the miles in between.
