A lot of people argue it’s boring, futile, torturous even. But we think they're wrong. It’s black and white, in a world that can be grey. It’s cathartic. It’s fulfilling. It’s addictive. It’s a simple childhood pleasure, and its beauty hides behind its simplicity.

Regardless of why you run, where you run, or how quickly you run, we firmly believe that running is an activity which adds to the richness of life. And that’s why we decided to open Interval: to, hopefully, inspire a few more people to pick up a pair of shoes, head out the door, and run. Whatever your reason may be.
