Shipping Policy
Shipping Method:
All items will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked service to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. Shipping to Northern Ireland is not currently possible.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Domestic (UK): 2-4 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs processing times for international orders.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the Royal Mail website.
Returns Policy
Return Period:
You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@intervalrunning.co.uk to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive a return authorisation and instructions on how to return your item.
- Securely package the item and send it back to us using a tracked service to the following address:

Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at hello@intervalrunning.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
